These Testimonial Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of individuals or entities ("you", "your", "testimonial provider") providing testimonials, reviews, or endorsements to Holmes Accountancy Limited. 

 

By submitting a Testimonial to us, you agree to the following terms: 

 

By providing your Testimonial, you grant us the perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and publicly display your Testimonial, in whole or in part, for marketing, advertising, promotional, or any other lawful purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, use on our website, social media, print materials, and email communications. 

 

You consent to the use of your name, likeness, social media handle, or other identifying information as part of the Testimonial, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you prefer to remain anonymous, please inform us in writing when submitting your Testimonial. 

 

You affirm that your Testimonial reflects your honest opinion and experience with our products or services. You agree not to make any false or misleading claims. Testimonials should be based on real experiences, and we reserve the right to verify the authenticity of your submission. 

 

Unless expressly agreed upon in writing, you acknowledge that you will not receive any payment, compensation, or consideration for providing a Testimonial or for our use of your Testimonial. 

 

We reserve the right to edit, adapt, or modify your Testimonial for clarity, brevity, or to comply with applicable laws, provided that the substance of your comments is not altered. Any such edits will not misrepresent your original intent. 

 

You represent and warrant that your Testimonial does not violate any laws, including but not limited to defamation, intellectual property, privacy, and other applicable regulations. You will not submit any content that infringes upon the rights of others. 

 

You may request the removal of your Testimonial from our materials at any time by notifying us in writing. While we will take reasonable steps to remove your Testimonial from future publications, we cannot retract materials that have already been distributed. 

 

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising out of or related to the use of your Testimonial, including any claims of defamation or infringement of intellectual property rights. 

 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective upon posting. Your continued submission of Testimonials after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. 

 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
